Products & Selection
Line II needs about 30-50㎡, while Line IV/V requires 100-300㎡. Our engineers provide free layout planning.
Electrical systems can be built for target voltages (e.g. 380V/415V/440V) and local safety standards, with commissioning and acceptance before shipment.
Delivery & Warranty
12-month full machine warranty with long-term spare parts supply. Free repair within warranty period.
Standard models: 30-60 days. Custom projects: 60-120 days depending on complexity. Exact lead time confirmed in contract.
We accept T/T wire transfer and L/C. Payment milestones are negotiable in the contract per international trade practice for export orders.
Service & Support
Yes. We have extensive export experience and can dispatch engineers for installation and operator training worldwide.
Domestic and international customers are welcome to book a visit. Tours include line demonstrations, equipment showcase and technical discussions. Book via our inquiry form or phone.
Common wear parts are kept in stock; domestic orders usually ship within 3-7 business days. For overseas orders we support air or sea freight and export documentation.
Standard duct line on-site training takes about 3-5 working days covering operation, daily maintenance and common troubleshooting. Custom lines may require longer training.
Customization
Absolutely. We design and manufacture custom uncoiling lines, roll forming lines, CNC equipment and complete automation systems.
